This training package addresses the theoretical knowledge required for pilots considering paraglider wings rated beyond the EN A and EN B categories.
For the purposes of this package, to be referred to as “Advanced Wings”.
Successful completion of this package is a prerequisite for pilots wishing to obtain their PG4 certificate, alongside other requirements as stated in the Qualifications Manual.
In order to successfully complete the package, you must comlete each module and all quizes and assessments.
The course workbook is divided into 6 modules and a knowledge review, with further supporting material available.
The Progressive Learning Quizes require an 80% pass mark - These have a 30 minute time limit for completion - no limit to attempts.
The final assessment requires 100% to pass - this has a 1hr time limit for attempts. 3 Attempts are allowed.
There is no time limit for completion of the whole package.
